It takes a bit of work getting all this meat in the freezer. Here we are working together to get the job done. Thanks to Ryan Ponder for trimming the hind quarter where Patton put a bullet right through the meat. It was a very yucky mess. He even found the bullet.
Audrey hung out in her swing all night while we worked. She flashed a smile for me!
