Now is the time in Alaska when the leaves change and the temperature drops. It never feels like summer has lasted quite long enough. Especially this year after our cooler than normal summer. Despite it all, it is still somehow refreshing to have fall arrive with all the beautiful colors. The red cranberries are my favorite. I thought I would take and share a picture of our backyard since in about a week, all of these leaves will be gone until next year.

I'm way jealous, that just doesn't happen here in south Texas, but we are excitied, because our temps have finally dropped as well, we are LOVING it!!! Instead of 100 degree weather we are now at about 70-75 degrees, and it's awesome!!! Miss you guys so much...
