The Biggest Loser Holiday Challenge



I started the Biggest Loser Holiday Challenge today. Nine of us have formed a blog where we will keep track of our fitness goals, post pictures, and try to become the biggest loser of the holidays. Anything to keep me motivated ya know?  We all pitched in 15 bucks so the grand prize will be a $135 reward plus the weight we have lost.  Diet will probably be the trickiest part for me especially with the holidays approaching.  We have 12 weeks to work hard. 
Anyone have any great tips???  I heard recently we should be eating 2 lbs of vegetables a day.  That otta help. :)  


I totally need Bob and Jillian's help. Well, any trainer would be great for that matter. I guess I will just have to make due with Ryan :)

I have a US Ski Team diet that I used in college along with exercise. I lost 15 pounds quick and kept it off when I started eating normal again. I can send it to you if you want. I guarantee it will drive you crazy though...well it did me. It's a lot of protein.
