FHE (Family Home Evening)

We love Monday nights when we are together as family. Some Family Home Evenings go better than others however. Last night happened to be a good one. The children were in good moods and we only had to tell them 20 times to sit reverently during the lesson instead of 40-60 times. But... cookies were being offered as a bribe so I guess that helped.  Our theme for the night was about sharing the gospel. My brother Ammon is serving his mission in Seattle.  The kids miss him a ton. We thought we'd make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies (one of his favorites) and send them with some other fun things in a package. Ammon if you are reading this, they were so good you are lucky we saved you some!
Here he is receiving and reading his mission call.  Such a good brother.

Thats awesome, but looking at the last picture of Ryan in his shorts while it just snowed outside, answers the question on why Eli wants to be in shorts while there is snow outside, he wants to be just like his daddy!
